Introduction

Greetings! In this blog, I will be exploring some of the fascinating wonders of the world of brewing. This exploration will go from the bizarre and rare to simply the most basics things, but broken down into as much detail as I can discover. As greater information is obtained, each individual project will be updated. What this blog will not be is a basic tutorial on how to brew. I will not cover basic information such as equipment or sanitation. What I will cover are specific details pertaining to the experiment such as measurements (especially when there may be variations), ingredients, and scientific readings. I encourage anyone to send me an email if you have any questions, ideas, or comments regarding any of the projects…even if they are critical.
